A new $100,000 house in the heart of Sydney’s inner west has raised the eyebrows of residents and developers alike.
The $10 million home was designed by architect Peter Crouch and built in the style of an early 19th century house in Sydney’s south-east.
The three bedrooms are spread over a garden bed and the kitchen and dining area, both of which are connected by a small terrace.
It has two separate bedrooms, a master bedroom and a bathroom, with an attached garage.
The design has attracted a lot of interest and many have been given the green light to build.
The first homes to be built in Sydney were the $3.7 million house in Kings Cross and the $10.5 million house on the Central Coast.
